Our Mission Statement.

Radiance Health Services prides itself on helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow in independence by providing services and programs that empower individuals to see themselves as valuable contributors to their communities. We will achieve this by;

Providing enrichment programs and activities to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain respect, access, connections, and experience.

By enabling individuals who have developmental and/or physical disabilities to have the opportunity to attain their highest level of skills, purpose, and independence with dignity through an ongoing commitment to comprehensive quality services, advocacy, and family partnership.

Our Vision

Radiance plans on implementing a user-friendly approach while serving our persons which will be highly visible and accessible for persons with disabilities and their families thereby permitting them to easily have access to range of resources in the community so as to permit them live a dignified life as independent as possible in their homes and while out in the community.

We envision a future where all individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities have:

Opportunities to live healthy, safe, and enjoyable lives.
Full access to services and support of the highest quality that promotes independence and dignity.
Active participation in making decisions that will direct their lives.
Loving relationships with people whom they care about and who care about them.
