This service meets the demands of clients with IDD into choosing their services while maintaining their independence at their provisions. Without the inclusion of transportation, we assist clients who are independent enough to live by themselves but still need support from health professionals. Hoping to be part of the community, we motivate them and recognize their efforts by showing excellent care.
